Unable to connect to world - Playstation 5

Every time I want to join a friend‘s world it says „Unable to connect to world“

This bug exists since 2019, are you working on it or not? There‘s no communication between developers and players. Everytime a new update getd released, I check the changelog to see what got fixed, but this bug doesn‘t get attention - and every time I get more disappointed
