Stronghold doesn't try to encase themselves with stone/deepslate when generating in a ravine and old caves

The stronghold in 1.18 now generates by encasing themselves with stone/deepslate so it is completely shut and not able to weirdly generate inside big new noise caves. However, strongholds don't encase themselves with stone when generating in a ravine and old caves carver.
