RX6900XT Ray Tracing

I can't use raytracing on my 6900XT, we're playing on Windows 10 edition on Windows 11, all GPU drivers are up to date and so are both Minecraft and Windows.  Only renders half the screen and only normal even when ray tracing is on.  The other half of the screen is black.  When you move the cursor it makers the visible half go all broken vertical lines maybe only a millimeter wide and then comes back to a visible picture when you stop moving.
