Problem with character and menu customization

good day, lately I have had a bug with the customizable characters of Minecraft Bedrock for Xbox One. I describe what happens, lately the customization menu is failing a lot I have been having problems for several days where • the characters are duplicated and erase the customization that you had previously in another skin • the colors of the clothes change to black colors (which actually looks very cool) but the problem is that I used to have a cape with a Creeper face and because of that bug I lost it because it was an element removed from the customization and I could no longer recover it due to the same problem with the customization menu and the characters. the way this happened was by exiting the game and re-entering, that is how simple this error happens, please help me to solve this problem and if possible return the Creeper cape to Minecraft customization
