PS4 floaty controls

Finally played the latest update on PS4 and the controls are delayed looking around has a second of lag. Most noticable if you move the reticle in a tight circle. Makes it feel floaty and unresponcive. I don't know if it's related but hit boxes on Drowned are in front of them rather then directly on the drowned.
