when you break gravel in 1.17.41 the falling block entity is broken

when makeing a world in 1.17.41 hotfix you click caves and cliffs then make the world then in survival on 10 chucks then break gravel with your fist, u can see in the pic below that the  animation of the gravel is broken  if you would like more info email on my minecraft email
