disapear of mobs

In my survival world (singleplayer) mobs either i have tamed, named or bread are gone. that inlueds dogs, cat, horses, fish (placed from buckets), axolotls ( placed frm buckets and some named), skeleton horses, a named zombie, bread cows, bread sheep.
