Text on sign disappears after applying dye.

When writing a sign the text disappears off the sign after being away from it for a while or putting any sort of dye/glow ink on the sign. I asked my friend on pc if he could see what’s on the sign and he said yes. I asked a friend on ps4 and he said no so I’m guessing it’s a ps4 problem.
