Unable to Connect to World message

Can't connect to realms or servers. Had no issues yesterday. I can play on my own worlds just fine, and Im logged in and everything. Tried a full reinstall of Minecraft, and still getting the same message. Also, friends can see me in my world, but getting the message "connection timed out" when trying to join me.
