Iron golems have no attack animation

Iron golems have no attack animation which looks really weird.

How to reproduce:
Spawn/find an iron golem
Make it attack something

What I expected:
The iron golem would swing it's arms up to attack

What I saw:
The iron golem didn't have an attack animation.

Notes:
Did not affect 1.17.30 and below
