A strange Bug That Causes Minecarts to lag and renders other players off tracks after a few turns and inclines

This Glitch Occurs on both Single player and multiplayer, it's worse in multiplayer. A friend and I noticed unexplainable lag while riding Minecarts as well as unusual cart and player positioning after a turn, after a few inclines and more turns the other player's and their carts start to render in some ridiculous locations, one example is a screenshot a friend of mine took rendering me in the ceiling of a tunnel. I also have a screenshot showing my friend and his cart floating a few blocks away from the tracks. From my perspective I was rendering where I was supposed to be but my friend wasn't, from his perspective he was where he was supposed to be and I wasn't.
