Nightmare before Christmas mash up pack skins not available & skin problems

I have purchased and downloaded minecraft nightmare before Christmas mash up pack which has 40 skins included. Unfortunately, we I download and create the minecraft world I have no skins? I have tried my dressing room and also looking into “my purchased content” but they are not there? 

I also have purchased other packs for example the moana pack which has several skins included however when I click equip, I simply get one moana skin and not the whole pack! HELP! 

I have attached screenshots showing my purchased skin packs and how I can literally only equip one skin from the pack!
