Very high CPU Usage on Windows 11

Hello

i experience very high cpu usage on Minecraft, normally i can run max render distance etc without problems or high load, now even with 16 it start maxing out CPU. so im litteraly getting the same fps with and without raytracing.

spec:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Ram: 16 gb ddr4 3200 mhz

GPU: RTX 2060 super
