Lost all villagers, Pets, Entities, Paintings, Armor stands, Etc

Upon returning from the Nether, all my Villagers, Pets, Other Mobs/Entities, And placed decorations such as Armor Stands, Paintings, etc have been deleted/despawned/disappeared, reloading the game does not bring them back.
