Skins aren't applying

When I try to equip one of my marketplace purchased skins, it's not allowing me to. The game doesn't show an apply button and just stays infinitely stuck on a loading icon. I tried waiting for very extensive periods of time to see if it'd load but it never does. Also, skin categories' names aren't named properly. Only the custom skin maker works. 

I couldn't get a video recording of the issue since it's hard to transfer videos from Nintendo Switch, but I do have a screenshot to share one of the two issues.
