Cant access bought content

Hi everytime i try and access the content i have bought (worlds) it comes up with a screen saying "We're having trouble connecting to the marketplace right now. Please try again later" the problem is i try again later and it never shows. I have internet and i have nintendo switch online but i still cant access the things i have bought. I stopped buying things from the marketplace because i can't access the marketplace as well but the main issue is i can't play with the content ive already bought. Its also not a thing about waiting for it to load. It never loads!
