My sis' iPad automatically switched to the Halloween background...

My sis' iPad automatically switched to the Halloween background + mine did not,we are on the same version + there's  no option for either of us to update. Also the newest hairs in the dressing room work for her + not me. I've tried a lot of things haven't seen others with this issue yet.
