Every 10-15 minutes, my game just shuts down, along with my computer.

 The game didn't have this issue until the latest update (I think it was on Friday, Oct. 22) was announced/applied. 

Every 10-15 minutes as I'm playing, the game just shuts down partially or fully, and either makes my laptop partially shut down or go into sleep mode. 

I can wake it up and often find the game paused where II left off, but it invariably happens over and over and over.

I tried many options to get things working again, but NONE of them have worked. They include: soft and hard reboots of my laptop; Uninstalling the game then reinstalling it, starting a new game with NO mods/add-ons (vanilla Minecraft); checking repeatedly for bugs; checking for corrupted files.

I'm bloody SICK of this, and want it fixed ASAP. I've only been playing Minecraft for a month or two, and ALREADY it's glitching??!? REALLY?
