The Owned section of the Classic Skins tab, doesn't properly load all skins

The Owned section of the Classic Skins tab, doesn't properly load all skins, after backing out of the Classic skins tab when all of the Owned skins are loaded one time. This also applies to the Get more & Realms Plus sections

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Classic skins tab
2. Load all of your owned skins
3. Go back to the Dressing Room screen (press ESC twice)
4. Go back to the Classic skins tab
5. Observe most skins not loading in the Owned tab. (Tip: You will need to close / open the section multiple times for all your skins to load. The amount of times you need to keep pressing the button will vary depending on how many skins you have.)

Observed Results: It only loads a certain amount of skins when opened

Expected Results: It should load all skins when opened
