Chat lag

This has been going on for a few weeks but I only just got a screenshot that could be helpful. Our chat is delayed, frequently by several minutes. The chat seems to update randomly, and we'll get each other's messages all in a rush. It seems to work normally for a short time afterwards. Sometimes the chat is updated when someone logs off, so you get their messages after they leave.
