Can't access marketplace after changing skin on character creater in offline in latest version 1.17.40.02

Hello, I have a problem changing skins and after I changed my skin, there is an error that pop up on my screen that says "Can't Acces Marketplace. This version of minecraft can no longer access Minecraft Marketplace. Update to the latest version to restore Marketplace access." But I already updated to latest version of minecraft pls help me.
