Mobs like Phantoms, Zombies, Skeleton are not burning in daylight.

I tested my world with Cave and Cliffs Experimentation On and checking the blending of the old world to 1.18 generation might need more tweaks for that, and then i encounter a Phantoms, Skeletons, and Zombies are not burning in daylight
