Loosing progress/cannot interact on realm

For the past 3 days, anytime I sign into my realm and play, at some point the game will freeze up (one time all mobs I was fighting froze and didn’t move and I couldn’t kill/interact with them, couldn’t open doors, pressure plates didn’t work etc.) and so I wait a while and nothing happens so I sign out of the world then go back in and it brings me back to an earlier save point and I lose all my progress. This has happened on 6 different occasions and others on the realm are experiencing similar bugs. (One person placed 6 shucker boxes then signed back on and they vanished) Very frustrating. :/
