Server Purchases Issue

I'm currently trying to buy the Hive's replay cinema pass. However, when I do so by going to the NPC and clicking on it, the Marketplace pop-up does not appear. If I try going to the Marketplace in general and searching up "The Hive", I get a select few skin packs and no costumes nor pass. I tested this out with other servers as well, and it does indeed seem to be a server/marketplace issue.

It however, works on PS4 perfectly fine. I have not tested it on other consoles at the moment.
