Floating water, trees, and lava generating everywhere in previously loaded chunks

I opened my world in this beta and there is floating water columns, leaf blocks, sometimes logs and lava columns everywhere. Traveling in any direction they appear in previously loaded chunks... Sometimes when I try to remove a water source more sources appear from nowhere.
