Items Duplicating via death

Sorry if this is a duplicate, I searched for a bit and did not find this bug
I was playing on my friends Minecraft Bedrock Realm. I died while using a Riptide trident, alas, I dont have feather falling.. but I respawn, go and get my stuff. a couple day later, I go by the same area (the items might have been there before) and all my items I died with are there. Same enchants, same durability, same name, exact replicas. all my armor, tools, weapons, items, blocks, that were in my inventory were duplicated. laying on the ground, scattered as if I just died. even maps are completely duplicated.
As for the steps to recreate it, I dont know. I tried several ways. I tried dieing and leaving the game immediately. I tried dieing and picking up my stuff and relogging.
