The Equip message doesn't show when equipping a skin from the Classic Skins tab

The Equip message doesn't show when equipping a skin from the Classic Skins tab. The equip message does show up when equipping anything in the Character Creator / Emotes / Capes tabs.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Classic Skins tab
2. Select a character
3. Equip that selected character
4. Observe the Equip message not appearing on screen

Observed Results: There's no equip message when you equip a skin from the classic skins tab

Expected Results: There should be an equip message when you equip a skin in the classic skins tab, matching the other tabs
