Bottom box doesn't reset to show featured skin packs when equipping a skin in the +? menu

Bottom box doesn't reset to show featured skin packs when equipping a skin in the +? menu.

How to reproduce: 

1. Go to the Classic skins tab
2. Click on the Owned button
3. Press the +? button on any skin pack
4. Equip any skin in the more skins menu
5. Press ESC
6. Observe the bottom box

Observed Results: The bottom box does not reset to show the Featured skin packs when ESC is pressed, causing glitchy behavior

Expected Results: The bottom box should reset to show the Featured skin packs when ESC is pressed (if a skin is selected but not equipped, it should revert the character when ESC is pressed)
