Problems since the last update

Hi,

since the recent update (1.17.40) I've been having some issues. The placing and deleting of blocks is slow, I can't drink magic potions, carts don't go faster on powered rails,... 

I thought it might have been my iPad, but I rebooted it and it isn't the problem.
