The character in the Import button does not rotate when the Button is highlighted

The character in the Import button does not rotate when the Button is highlighted, compared to the rest.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Classic Skins Tab
2. Click on the Owned button
3. Highlight the Import button (The first button you see when the Owned button is pressed)
4. Observe the character in that button not rotating when highlighted

Observed Results: The character in the import button does not rotate when Highlighted

Expected Results: The character should rotate when the Import button is highlighted, matching the rest of the characters in the Owned Tab.
