Block Lag in 1.17.40

Basically Block Lag re-exists in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition once again. What happened is that I updated my Minecraft app into 1.17.40 then played it. As soon as I started building a house, I started to notice a mild lag spike when I mine with a tool with an unbreaking enchantment. It also happens without an unbreaking enchantment but less often. Yes, I have not used a beacon. Yes, I tested it. I am not sure that this bug will happen to everyone because I am using low-end/potato phone so that may be the reason for this lag to happen. All I'm saying is that please optimize the game a bit, because this is affecting my experience in Minecraft. A big advanced thank you for fixing this bug!
