(Vanilla Parity) TNT flashing opacity does not match Java Edition.

Little backstory: TNT Opacity was changed in a 1.16 Java Edition minor update to be lower than 100%. Which also seems to match Legacy Console Edition.

 

The issue: This change was not introduced in Bedrock, and the flashing opacity is still at 100%.

 

Validity:

✅ Parity issue introduced after 1.15 (in 1.16).

✅ A feature that works differently between both versions.
