The Game scales the Bottom box, acting like there's supposed to be an Equip button even when its already equipped

The Game scales the Bottom box, acting like there's supposed to be an Equip button, even when a height / arm size is already selected.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Character Creator tab
2. Go to the Size selection
3. Select a size / arm size that is already selected
4. Observe the bottom box shrinking

Observed Results: The game scales the bottom box, acting like there's an equip button already there

Expected Results: The game should not scale the bottom box when there is no Equip button
