Ender Dragon doesn't have smooth movement and has choppy movement / 30 FPS animation

Summary
On Java Edition, the Ender Dragon has smooth movement similar to other entities such as Zombies, Creepers, Pigs, etc. On Bedrock, the Ender Dragon doesn't have this smooth movement. It makes it inconsistent with other mobs + it makes it look like your game is lagging at 30 FPS or so.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon/Respawn the Ender Dragon / Enter the End to spawn the Ender Dragon
2. Watch the Ender Dragon's movement

• The Ender Dragon looks like it's moving at 30 FPS/choppy movement

Observed Results
The Ender Dragon has a choppy movement as if it was at 30 FPS or lower

Expected Results
The Ender Dragon has smooth movement at 60 FPS or higher
