Certain in-game audio cutting in and out with headset

Recently I've had an issue where in-game sounds (not music or the clicks when navigating the menu) cut in and out when in both survival and creative. Only while wearing headphones however (HyperX Stinger Core wireless headset). It happens on servers such as CubeCraft as well, and Realms. I know it isn't a problem on my end, with either the headphones, or the computer, because like I said, all other MC sounds work just fine. This has started after I got the 1.17.40 update a few days ago. Sounds that I'm referring to are taking damage, walking noises, elytra wooshing, and a lot more. Breaking blocks seems to be somewhat ok though.
