Mobs jumping over sculk veins

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1) Activate vanilla experiments Toggle switch

Step 2) place a sculk catalyst & spawn a couple mobs 

Step 3) place a mob on sculk vein

Observed results: Mobs continuously jumping on them

Expected results: Mobs should walk normally over them like other solid blocks.
