Get "You don't have enough space available to download..." with Marketplace pack.

When attempting o download a pack a message pops up "You don't have enough space available to download the The Nightmare Before Christmas." I check everything and I have enough space on my system storage and I haven't reached tbe cap on the worlds and data bar.
