Lag on both servers and realms

When I play on a server or realm there is a lot of lag which was not happening prior to updating my game. When looking around and with just about any action there is a 1 to 2 second delay, can be longer. It appears on worlds it does not occur. 

I cant show any footage because if I record it will appear laggy regardless.
