Hitbox of sculk shrieker does not match the Java Edition

Hitbox sculk shriekers does not match the java version. In the java version, the sculk shrieker hitbox is a full block, while in the bedrock version it is half a block.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place sculk shrieker.
2. Look at the sculk shrieker hitbox.

Observed results:
Hitbox sculk shrieker - half a block.

Expected results:
The hitbox of sculk shrieker will be a full block to match the java version.
