Bad Server Lag in offline/singleplayer worlds

So I am playing on my world (with multiplayer off) and there is MASIVE server lag (i open a barrel and the UI shows up after 1 minute).

I don't have any farms, any mobs or anything but there is still terrible server lag.

 

I can't record it, because it is very random but also very annoying!
