Villagers and farm animals disappeared

I log out of the game and few hours later i log in to play again and all the animals in the farms disappeared and the villagers are the half of them. I collect new animals i log off and when i came back the new animals was disappeared from the farms again but the worsts is that all the villagers disappeared too.
