Sculk shrieker z-fighting

Sculk shrieker not rendering properly in item view (in hand, on the ground as an item, in armor stands, in item frame).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Take the sculk shrieker into the hand.
2. Start moving a little.

Observed results:
The sculk shrieker texture is not rendering properly (starts blinking a little).

Expected results:
There shouldn't be any problems with the texture of the culk shrieker.
