Signs on realms are broken

Signs on bedrock realms are deleting text after being left behind, if you leave the area the sign is in you'll return to an empty sign. They only save in ticking areas. Also if you pick block it it will copy a empty sigh with a false data++, but will actually save in the ticking areas.
