i cant use bought packs or open the microsoft store.

ik have been told the market place isnt working bc i need to update. i updated my minecraft yesterday and it still isnt working. it also doesn't allow me to go to my owned packs. i have spend money on these packs and i would like to use them. this has been happening for months and it hasn't changed in two updates. i feel like i wasted my money on multiple packs since minecraft won't let me use them anyway. its annoying. please fix this bug it has been months. if i can't use any of the packs i bought i would like my money back, bc this isnt what i paid for.
