Elytra dont opens properly when there are few mobs nearby

Before I mention the bug I would like to mention that, I play Minecraft using a decent phone.
In 1.17.40. We all know, now we can open the elytra while moving upwards thanks to the awesome devs. But I have noticed an issue that where there are few mobs nearby like few bees, villagers, golems and other mobs elytra don't open properly. but when there are very very few mobs it opens as intended.
