Blocks from other chunks moved far away (mostly blocks from trees)

Blocks from trees moved to different chunks after the world updated from 1.17.34 to 1.17.40.

This affected areas only where players were before the world updated.

Is a multi-player world hosted from Xbox.

Small update: it has also affected water now.
