Since 2.32 the 1.18 experimental realm I run the oceans aren't deep at all and there are no tropical fish spawns

I noticed the patch notes said the tropical fish bug was fixed so I immediately went looking for some to test it there's no oceans deep enough to find tropical fish and no coral anywhere.
