Riding a Horse in a moving Minecart causes a bug

When riding a tamed horse that is inside a minecart, the screen glitches.

How to Reproduce:
1: Make a simple minecart track.
2: Place a minecart and make it go around the track you made.
3: Tame a horse.
4: Push the tamed horse to the track and it should go inside the moving minecart.
5: Aim your cursor at the horse and try to click the "Ride" button.
6: The screen should bug out.
