GUI Textures are over saturated

Some Textures UI and GUI specifically ones that are used as text or in text are over saturated.  The textures also don't look anything like they do in the files.  This also affected previous versions of 1.17 I think as early as 1.17.10 I don't know if this is reproducible and I don't know if it only affects me.
