Damage To Torch Texture

Torch Texture Damage, Even though I didn't use any texture packs, the torch texture was damaged. I've been finding this bug for a long time, I think it's just a damage to the texture pack I'm using. does this happen to me only? I hope this bug is fixed soon, because it's annoying.
